Shipping Policy
Most orders arrive within 6-12 business days from when they ship. If you're ordering for a specific move date, we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance to be safe.
All applicable customs and clearance fees are included in your order total at checkout — there are no surprise charges on delivery.
If your order is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we'll open an investigation. Depending on the outcome, we'll arrange a refund or reshipment.
Returns
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with a photo within 30 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
We're unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect — please double-check product details and quantities before ordering.
